[working at Andrew Phillips Studio, London]
Shortlisted in Ideas Competition for a ‘Cultural Quarter’, Royal Academy of Arts, London.
Exhibited at Royal Academy of Arts
In partnership with landscape architect Irene Djao-Rakitine and Artist Henry Coleman, we proposed a series of interventions within ‘orbits’ of the Royal Academy’s building at 6 Burlington Gardens to establish it as the social and cultural epicenter of the neighbourhood. These included a spacious new forecourt setting for 6BG, a sequence of carved yards and passages perforating the existing block pattern and a new street surface materiality.
